Very helpful, sympathetic and didn't talk to us in a patronising manner, which has been the case with other paediatricians. Great bedside manner with our child, thankfully prevented unnecessary invasive procedures (suggested by another doctor) and always responds within a day to email or phone queries. Our child has responded well to his guidance. Couldn't have asked for more.

Dr Hyer has a fabulous manner with children making the consultation stress-free. He is very approachable. He tends to be non-interventionist but is also prepared to refer to specialist intervention if requested and does generally outline available options in terms of treatment or follow up.

I trust Dr. Hyer a lot and given a choice, I would like him and him only to see the children in my family. He has in the past given great care to one of my grandchildren already. I would always like to see Warren given the choice. Valerie

Dr Hyer has a wonderful manner with babies and their parents. He is very thorogh and reassuring and an expert in his field. He is also very generous with his time by responding very promptly to emails with medical questions.
